amazing grace
Dr. Rocky Ramsey reminds us that God’s grace is the foundation of our entire story. Romans 5:20 says, “But where sin increased, grace increased all the more.” This means that no matter how lost or broken our world seems, God’s grace is always greater.
God’s grace is woven through all of history. Every story ultimately points back to Him—His love, His purpose, and His relentless pursuit of us. We’re not just watching God’s story unfold; we’re invited into it. Each of us has a purpose, a role in His plan. God’s grace allows us the freedom to choose. We can either surrender and live out the story He’s written for us, or we can go our own way. But writing our own story apart from God ultimately leads us away from His grace.
No one is without need of His grace. From our first breath to our last, it’s only by His grace that we find life and meaning. The good news? No matter who you are or what you’ve done, His grace is here for you. It’s free, unearned, and unending.
God’s grace is His invitation to be part of something greater than ourselves. It’s His love and mercy reaching down to meet us in our weakness and lift us into His story. So, how much do we need it? Completely. And thankfully, it's always available.
